Outreach Family Services & Community Center’s mission is to provide low-income,
economically disadvantaged Youths with services and resources through specific
programs that give tools to assist them in academic success, employment, permanent
housing, financial stability and strive for a better quality-of-life.
TUTORING includes; Extended tutoring time for students with special needs, Drop-out Reinstatement, One-on-One, Study Technics, and Test prep, and Grade Maintenance.
MENTORING includes; Youth Violence Prevention, Peer Leadership, Positive Influences, Increase self-importance, Handling Peer Pressure, and College Guidance.
Receiving a High School Diploma or GED is an essential goal for all OFSCC’s teens.
OFSCC’s youths engage in a number of safe and healthy activities for leisure, which includes Basketball, Softball, Camping Video and Board Games, Arts & Crafts, Annual Holiday Toy Give-A-Way. OFSCC’s Employment Readiness Program helps teens and young adults obtain and maintain employment to contribute to their financial wellbeing.

OFSCC is a community activist against violence and promotes community unity. We teach youth the importance of social and community responsibilities, and moral values and integrity. Including prevention strategies for Gang Violence, Peer Bullying, Homelessness, Drug Abuse, Family Conflicts, Anxiety and Depression.
