HISTORY

Outreach Family Service and Community Center (OFSCC) is a
501 ( c ) ( 3 ), non-profit organization located on the Westside of Chicago at 4302 W Madison Street, Chicago, IL 60624.
Since 1998 OFSCC have been serving low-income, disadvantaged children, teens, and young adults who have social, emotional, learning or other underserved needs to succeed in school or obtain employment or have permanent housing or become financially stable. Most students require additional tutoring and mentoring time not available in average tutoring and mentoring programs. In addition to helping students, Outreach Family Service and Community Center provide resources and assistance to families for Rental and Utility Assistance, Food, Employment, and Addition Rehab Resources. OFSCC’s dedicated group of volunteers give back to the community by donating their time to the Youths in our programs and services. All of our staff and management are volunteer-lead, occupied by retired professionals, college students, community leaders and members who are committed to youth services for individuals with special needs. Our comprehensive volunteer schedules allows our volunteers to contribute their time without adding extra burdens or demands to their busy lives. Our low administration and operational cost allows over 100% of donations to go directly towards programs and services.
